About us

Mini Klub Polska is the first and only official association in Poland that brings together owners of both classic Mini and modern MINI cars. Our history goes back to when we operated as the Fan Klub Mini – and in 2004 we became a fully registered association. Since then, we’ve been building a strong community driven by a passion for this iconic brand.

For over two decades, we’ve been organizing national rallies, road trips, track days, and group drives – from cozy meetups to large-scale events gathering hundreds of crews. One of our greatest successes was organizing the International Mini Meeting in 2006 – a legendary gathering that brought over 500 teams from across Europe to the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. For a few days, MINI completely took over the region – it was loud, colorful, and unforgettable.

But we’re not just about events – we also offer extensive knowledge and support. Our forum www.mini.org.pl is full of advice on restoring, maintaining, and enjoying Minis – from 60-year-old classics to the latest models. It’s also where you can find out how to join the club and take advantage of members-only perks

If you’re looking for a place to share your passion, swap experiences, and simply drive with great people – join our Facebook group Mini Klub Polska. Whether your Mini has chrome bumpers or modern LEDs – you’ll find your place here.

      Marcin „Haber” Habowski:

A Kraków native with a (hoppy) heart and a love for classic cars.
Meet Marcin Habowski – born and raised in Kraków, a family man devoted to his wife, son, and furry four-legged friend. Professionally, he’s a seasoned marketing specialist with 20 years of experience in retail, currently working in the beer industry – selling the “golden drink” itself.

But Marcin’s true passion has always been classic cars. Growing up with a mechanic father, he was surrounded by the smell of gasoline and engine oil from an early age. Although he didn’t inherit the mechanical skills, his love for vintage vehicles has become a family affair. His heart has always belonged to the classics – from Mercedes and Ford to iconic Polish models.
The turning point came 20 years ago, when his wife asked for… a Mini! Despite some initial resistance (even with his father’s help!), she stuck to her guns. And thankfully so – her choice sparked an unexpected love for these little British icons. That’s where it all began – gatherings in Poland, the Mini Klub Polska (where Marcin now serves as Vice President), IMM (he’s also a co-organizer of IMM 2026!)… and that’s far from the end.

Today, the Habowski family owns three classic Minis, one New MINI, and an impressive collection of over 700 scale models.
      See you in Poland!

      Jerzy „Juro” Kurkowski

Hi! My name is Jerzy Kurkowski, and I’m the founder and organizer of MINI Tourist Rallies and Gatherings – events born from a passion for cars and the people who love them. I’ve always loved four wheels, but it was MINI – both classic and modern – that truly stole my heart.

I wanted to meet other enthusiasts, so I created a space where every MINI fan – no matter the age or model – can feel like part of one big car-loving family. That’s how the MINI Rally was born. Our first event drew over 130 cars, and the energy was incredible. It proved how much people crave these shared moments, that special MINI vibe. And that’s why I keep going – even bigger and better!

By day I run a marketing agency and organize automotive events where every car fan feels at home. But when winter comes and classics go to sleep, I hit the slopes – snowboarding is my escape.
I also run a team that restores classic cars: full renovation, regular service with door-to-door pickup, and detailing. We can even wrap your car or protect it with PPF – all with concierge-style service. You hand over the keys – we handle the rest.

      Adrian „AdiQ” Mruzek:

Hi, my name is Adrian. Cars have been my passion since I was a kid – I don’t see it as just a hobby, but as a way of life. My greatest love is classic Minis, although the newer ones also hold a special place in my heart (and in my garage). I collect them with great care and sentiment, and each one has its own story.

Together with my wife and our dogs, we love traveling in these little classics – every trip is a new adventure and unforgettable memories. Outside the four-wheel world, I’m also passionate about tattoos and travel. In my free time, you’ll find me on a GS motorcycle or riding an electric bike, chasing a bit of speed and freedom.

If you’d like to chat about old Minis, exchange travel inspiration, or just connect with someone who shares your passions – feel free to reach out!

      Mikołaj Szczepankiewicz:

I’m a true enthusiast of classic Minis – my love for this unique brand has lasted for many years. I’ve been a member of Mini Klub Polska since 2005, and as of 2025, I have the honor of serving as its president.
Over the years, I’ve actively contributed to the club, including helping organize IMM 2006 in Poland. Currently, I own two classic Minis – though who knows, this might just be the beginning of my collection.
My cars regularly take part in events both in Poland and abroad, and since 2006, I’ve tried to attend every International Mini Meeting. I also occasionally put my Minis to the test in amateur racing events on tracks in Poland and beyond.
